ABOUT KHALIAH
Khaliah Daniels is a powerhouse singer, songwriter, storyteller, and creative visionary born and raised in Queens, New York and now based in Atlanta, Georgia. A natural performer with over two decades of experience, Khaliah has been lighting up stages since the age of six, blending fearless vulnerability with commanding artistry.
Her voice is as versatile as it is unforgettable, fusing the smooth soul of 1970s storytelling with the electricity of modern pop and R&B. Deeply inspired by the cultural force of Hamilton, the lyrical genius of Lin-Manuel Miranda, the power and poise of Beyoncé, and the textured sounds of her multicultural upbringing, Khaliah’s art is a reflection of the world she lives in and the one she’s determined to transform.
She made waves in New York City with a completely sold-out headlining show at MajorStage, performing an entire set of original music that left audiences breathless. Her song was featured in the internationally acclaimed short film Black Girls and Fairytales, where she also starred as the lead. The film has screened globally—from Ghana to Los Angeles—and was officially selected for Black Girls Rock!, the Micheaux Film Festival, and numerous others.
Her career spans stages, screens, and studios. She has opened for Bow Wow, written for rising artists like KD French, and appeared in film, television pilots, and theatrical productions. She’s been the cover star of Atlanta Styles Wedding Magazine and featured in acclaimed books and documentaries including Melanin by Marie Antoinnette.
Khaliah studied musical theater and theater at Georgia State University, and trained at some of Atlanta’s most respected institutions including Synchronicity Theatre, the Youth Ensemble of Atlanta, and the Alliance Theatre. She’s equally skilled in performance and technical theater, giving her a rare and holistic mastery of her craft.
